Went for a stroll down to Carrington today to see who would be there and found 10 of them training.Bearing in mind it's internationals week they were an interesting selection:
PV,PZ,CB,WB,NO,SI,AJ,JG,EA and Silvinho.

A few sad photographers were hanging around still desperate for Bridge pictures which obviously they got and especially when he was getting some treatment early on on his knee.It might have just been changing or adjusting the bandage but it took a while.Just a routine session with keep ball circles followed by some passing and one touch play in 2 teams. Then some jogging and sprinting before finally they played a 6 a side game.

Amazing in this game the first 3 goals were all scored by full backs with the best by Bridge but then quickly followed by Garrido and Zaba. Garrido looked the best finisher with a quick hat trick and when Silvinho finally scored it was a beauty. As this game went on Bellers ended up scoring loads and the whole group looked in good nick and good spirits.

Out working separately at the start was David Ball who is about a week away now from full training and towards the end a forgotten man came out to work with a physio doing some running. None other than

Yes Ade seemed fine. Forgot to mention that Mancini and Kidd weren't around today but at one time there were 6 coaches/physios around looking after the group.

No offence Doug but these initials are a real tax on the brain, especially first thing in the morning! How about nicknames or first names or something?

I bet Mancini and Kiddo were inside preparing the blackboard for the next tactics sessions before the Sunderland match, so beloved by the players!

:)
