not sure which is more ridiculous the defending or the goal celebrations (mostly with our daft lad orchestrating).

Interesting that Santos are sponsored by Umbro as well.

If Robbie comes back, I wonder if he'll bring Neymar with him? I wonder if they'd both be happy, and get games, and score a shedload.

I don't buy the Brazilians are garbage in the prem argument. I do know that Brazilians are emotional and love to feel special and loved by their manager and the team and the fans.

If Robbie comes back it should be a package deal. If not, meh, they just can't play in the Prem. '-)

Probably the worst defending i have ever seen. Every goal was so easy. That free kick that beat the keeper when he was in the middle of his goal and it was straight at him!!

Can't believe someone can get paid a 100K a week for what they're doing over there. Super skills, I admit, but there is no nerve, no tackling, just another exhibition match against shit opposition

The Germans defend better than that in 'Escape To Victory'.

No way are even Brazilian defenders that shit. That turd doing the hopeless stepovers for the 1st goal doesn't fool anyone, they know where he's going but they just let him go. It smells very bad indeed to me.

They are not genuinely trying to stop Santos from scoring. Someone has paid them.

Comedy defending.

Thing is, I think Robinho wants to play in a league like that. Somewhere where he doesn't have to try too much and most importantly test himself against best in the world. He just isn't interested of doing that.

Ronaldinho is having an excellent season this year for Milan. But as soon as he comes up against a premiership team his lack of willingness to track back makes him more of a liability than an attacking outlet. Chuckle1 pissed all over him last night and that is very bad!

It's a cliche but they really don't like it up'em and Brazilians fade away very quickly in the premiership.

If that's true it's really sad. If he shifted his arse, he has such a quick brain & great touch that he could adapt to the PL & run games like Ali Benarbia used to do. He just seems to play for himself though & be happy enough just to try tricks & not worry if he gives the ball away.

leave him there, we'd be better off without him or his team mates

It's really really sad mate. Not only as City supporter but as football fan you want to see players like Robinho testing themselves against best in the world. That boy has (well more like had) talent to be one of the best EVER. I'm not joking, he does have that sort of natural talent. Problem is, he just isn't bothered. There have been players like him before and there will be players like him after but they will always make me sad. Oh what I would've given too have even grain of that natural talent.

Robbi looks happy an that's what's most important to him. Fair play.

That's right & if his attitude was better & he really had it in him to be the world's best, his natural ability would be complimented by extra work on the training ground; he'd stay behind, practice & become an expert at free kicks etc.

I agree. That attempted tackle on Robson for the first was a joke.
