A Yotel-style place to kip close to the ground for 25-30 quid-ish a night, where you can also put your bags, etc.

Also, better direct public transport links, but I think that's going to be covered anyway.

A Gary Neville wack a mole, but it actully is Gary Neville who has to pop out. City fans get multiple goes at hitting him with a sledge hammer.

A multi-story car park right next to the ground with BIG access ramps and a re-jig of the road system round the ground and also make an underground tunnel for the away fan coaches to drive out of a mile away from the stadium, instead of closing all the roads for 15 mins.

Metro link to the City centre, a shopping mall Vegas style. Hotel, office space, move some of the museums out of the city centre to our plot. Its important to remember the area is currently only used once every week really. That would increase with European football, but we need things building that give people a reason to come and stay in the area for a few days, watch a game, and do other fun things.

You can get whiskey and.. something inside the stadium already?

Got to be honest here. The reason I know this was that when right before the Liverpool match I tried to order a hot dog the lady must've heard Vodka as she brought a couple of these tiny bottles of whiskey saying 'sorry we don't have any vodka but would any of these do?" lol
At that time my confidence in my english took another huge hit haha.

When my Mrs first ever saw the ground she looked at the spirals attached to the stadium and said 'Oh Look! They even have indoor carparking!' hahahaha
