Unfortunately, in the case of Beckham, I am unable to share it & hope it hurt the self publicising, arse licking, overrated, rag twat like fuck.

Ha ha Love it Ted. I'm with you.
The bloke is a waste of time and has been for years. Then you get all these folk who watch the World Cup and aren't especially interested the rest of the time, going on about 'Beckham this, Beckham that'. A fit Lennon, AJ or Sweep can all be a better choice.

Johnson will go. He can play left or right, and Capello will know that. Id rather Johnson go than SWP.

My thoughts exactly. I dont 'empathise' with him not because he was a Scummy bastard but because, underneath all that ridiculous hype, he isn't good enough anymore. Not even good enough to get in a poor Milan side.

Now maybe SKY will shut the fuck up about him every day, and whatever he says, does and how he wipes his arse.

....should never have been a serious consideration - it is disgusting and an insult to more worthy players that Capello has had to involve him at all - just so the FA can have a new 'idol'.

Biggest insult is to the truly great England players who he has now eclipsed in numbers of caps - just wonder how the FA will now force his involvement following the WC just so he can break caps records

Not going to happen mate. He'll be there with his foot in plaster & his latest hair do, milking it for all it's worth, doing tv interviews, commentating, kissing arse & being arse-kissed by wankers like Pele & probably with his boney, pouting, stupid, talentless fucking wife poncing around Capetown buying handbags all fucking day.

I think that it is sad that he will miss the world cup,I have been creitical of him in the past calling him a 'one trick pony' etc,but you cannot dismiss his proffessionalism.

Its a shame for him, and I still think he could have brought something different to the England squad, but at the same time, it could be good to see a younger player looking to make a name for himself and having a stormer of a world cup. fingers crossed its Johnson. I think this has booked SWP's flight btw.

Might come down to a choice between Johnson & SWP for one place if Joe Cole has a good finish to the season.

I think Piers Morgan got him spot on here:

David Beckham's green and gold Manchester United stunt was a load of tosh - the only cause he truly supports is himself

Touching, wasn’t it? Watching that loyal, diehard United hero David Beckham getting the roaring welcome so thoroughly deserved of Manchester’s prodigal son brought tears to the uncynical eye.
But not, I’m afraid, to the cynical like mine.
Beckham keeps telling us United is, and always has been, the only club for him. And the inhabitants of Old Trafford seem to happily go along with this tosh.
When the reality is that he walked out on United at the peak of his powers for the riches of Real Madrid, then walked out on Madrid for the even greater riches of Hollywood, and now cheats on LA Galaxy whenever he can with AC Milan, purely to keep himself in the World Cup frame, where England glory could bring the greatest riches of all.
Compared with genuinely loyal United heroes like Giggs, Scholes and Neville, Beckham’s been a treacherous, money-grabbing, club-hopping, fame-hungry, egotistical little weasel who likes nothing better than making everything all about HIM.

And nothing personified this more than when he swooped to pick up the green-and-gold anti-Glazer protest scarf and wrapped it round his tattooed neck. The crowd roared. There he was, the most loyal man in football, their Becksy, showing the world he was united with United fans in their fury at foreign ownership.
Because the very last thing David Beckham would ever want to associate himself with is rich, fatcat Americans exploiting soccer for pure commercial gain. Which is why he currently resides in Los Angeles, choosing to play pub football over proper football because rich, fat-cat Americans line his Armani pockets with millions of dollars to exploit soccer for pure commercial gain.
Of course, as David explained afterwards, he wasn’t actually supporting the protest, nor trying to interfere in the running of Manchester United.

Nothing could be further from his massively cerebral mind. He just liked the colours of the scarf because they used to be United’s original colours.
What a load of old Goldenballs. Let’s face some harsh facts here, Becksy old son. You’re not the best footballer in the world. In fact, given you can’t actually get into the AC Milan starting line-up, you’re not even the 11th-best player in a shockingly mediocre side.
But you ARE the greatest self-publicist the game has seen and you knew exactly what you were doing when you swooped on that glinting symbol of disloyalty to the Glazers. For weeks, you’ll have been monitoring the mounting furore and planning exactly the image you would communicate to the world. It’s what you do best.

And you seized the moment in typically self-adulatory Beckham style. Waiting until the pitch was empty, standing like Emperor Nero, alone in the amphitheatre, milking the applause in the eager way a farmer milks a particularly well-uddered Friesian cow, then dramatically pausing to pick up the scarf. Thus quite deliberately pushing the much more deserving Wayne Rooney off the headlines (I was only surprised he didn’t leap on Rooney’s back when he scored, to share the photographic credit — a crafty move that has served Beckham well over the years).

It was the most perfectly choreographed stunt since Sacha Baron Cohen parascended, as his Austrian fashion reporter character Bruno, on to Eminem’s lap during last year’s MTV awards. And just as fake.
The Glazers are big boys and I don’t have much truck with the way they’ve allowed United to build up such potentially ruinous debt. But the hypocrisy of David ‘United ’til I die’ Beckham definitely moved me.

To extreme nausea.

Oh yeah really decent skin.

"City will never be bigger than United"

"Kaka is a top class players and top class players move for trophies not for money" after moving to LA fucking Galaxy!

He does nothing but put city down whenever he's asked about us and as a role model he is a fucking disgrace - he moved to america at what should have been the peak of his career for money and more fame after completely disgracing his family by shagging Rebecca Loos.

David Beckham the footballer retired years ago. David Backham the brand is alive and well and you should be happy this fucking tool isn't on the plane because he is in no way good enough if you are serious about winning the world cup.

Silly hypocritical robot that would have brought the circus with him AGAIN.

Admitting to the papers that he got booked on purpose against Wales so he could miss the next match?

He has said how disappointed he is - yeah - must have truly fucked up a load of pre-agreed marketing jollies - and therefore a few £mill - nowhere near good enough to play for England

A win-win-win situation. England will have a stronger team without him, Beckham doesn't have to lose face over not being picked for the squad, and Capello won't have to make a tough decision.

Good. Now it is highly unlikely he'll break Shiltons appearance record unless he carries on with his thirty second cameos after the World Cup. If he breaks that record its an absolute travesty.

Can somebody inform the losers at the BBC that it's over for Beckham ?

I can't believe they lead the World News this morning with a story about Beckham.

It's amazing that their website is posting stories about World Cup decisions being made by the specialist doctor tomorrow.

At least ten items about Beckham on their Football page, Finally perhaps just finally the media will give it a rest with Beckham
and his bloody wife.

I'm sorry to hear that Beckham got a very bad injury yesterday and that his career is now over but 'm not sorry to see that
'Beckham this ' and Beckham that ' (Every bleedin' week), will shortly be disappearing from the Media.
