Gerrard has just elbowed Brown

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Gerrard has just elbowed Brown

Postby Original Dub » Mon Mar 15, 2010 9:35 pm

In the back of the head.

Now I know FOR A FACT that the FA will not punish him.

Anyone think that they will? And if not, why not? How can they justify shit like this and ban Ade for 4 fucking games??!

It drives me fucking crazy.

When they don't punish him, I want to know why this time. Mascherano should've been sent off and banned on top of their six fucking yellows against us. The FA seem to be helping them whatever way they can and we're getting no fucking favours at all.

I just want a level playing field. Them missing Gerrard for 3 games would probably hand fourth to one of the rivals so its a very very important decision IMO.

I missed it. Was it really that bad?
So if it had been Tevez, would you honestly agree he should be sent off?

If I wasn't bias towards our own club I'd say yes.

Anyway, fact is Ade got sent off for less only a couple of weeks ago, so we can use real life instead of hypothically speaking mate!

Win, win, win. Brown gets what he's deserved for a long time and Gerrard gets 3 match ban.

It won't be in the ref's report so he will not get punished yet again that's 2 weeks running now.

If Ade can get banned for a silly little slap then Gerrard is flucked.Lookin at it again it was far worse than Ferdinands.

But he can be punished retrospectively. If the ref had seen it and decided not to act then he cannot be charged with violent conduct. If the ref hasn't seen it and the FA ask him if he had seen it what would he have done and he replies ''i would have issued a red card'' then Gerrard can be charged. It's all down to the ref now and what he says.

He plays for England you know. FA set the precedent with Alan Shearer, blatant kick in the head.

I'd go as far as saying Gerrard is the worst diver in the Premiership. Nothing gets said in the papers because he's English. He got let off when he went to court because he's an England international. When he first got in to the Liverpool team he was the dirtiest cunt playing, he nearly broke Boateng's leg in one of the most disgraceful tackles ever. Nothing was said because he was a potential England international though.
Last night he's elbowed someone and he'll get away with it. Nothing changes.

The scouse who were watching it at my place said he will probably get punished the day after even they said he was out of order and they are scouse fans themselves. I think he will be done for it and rightly so.
