Match Of The Day 2

25 minutes (and counting) of a 60 minute programme talking about 1 match!!

I want a rebate on my TV license!

And we're the last of today's games.

After watching all three, us v Fulham was by far the most entertaining, and I don't say that with a biased head. The United game was a bit of a damp squib and Blackburn/Chelsea was pretty dreadful to watch.

Bizarre decision.

I haven't even bothered switching it on yet - remember our game will be shown in more detail at the end of Sky's 'Football Special' which also started at 10.

I've never understood why they give preference to games that were televised over games that weren't.

What the fuck is this shit now? Get on with it.

not been funny but that is absolutely apalling coverage really, were fighting for a fucking top 4 place and the match was made to sound like were still playing a random mid-table game!

Dixon should grow a pair and tell them to either to give us a decent showing or he's off.

I mean FFS yesterday's games (which have already been analysed on MOTD) got more fcking airtime than we did. Not one positive fckin comment about our win or our push for 4th place. The cnts will be eating humble pie in the not too distant future..............

What baffled me is during the intro of the programme they showed Rocque's chance which Schwarzer save but during our coverage all of 4 and half minutes they did not show it.

Match of the day has been poor for a couple of years now, it's only saving grace these days is that The senile old drunk doesn't turn up on it after matches

I was working all day mate so no chance to see a river of the game so i would like to have seen more than 4 and a half fuckin minutes of a game that could turn out to be pivotal in our quest for 4th if you know what i mean.

I can't even bear to watch MOTD and MOTD2 these days, unless we've had a major win. I just know that we'll either be practically ignored, dismissed out of hand, or - at best - get some grudging compliment coupled with analysis of how poor our opponents were. Sitting through some poorly edited highlights, analysed by some smug freeloaders being paid vast amounts of cash out of Licence Fee finances, just isn't entertaining. I look for highlights online, instead. MOTD is an a anachronism.
