Joe Hart is ranked 41st in the world.
Citys only players in the top 100 are Adebayor and Tevez.

Also what a coincidence that the 5 best players in the Premier are all (basically) forwards, strange that Defoe is the 5th best player in England (is he really?), and Fernando Torres is way ahead of Shrek this season.
