Brum seem to have hit a bit of a bad patch in my eyes. They have looked a little tired in the last couple of games and I'm sure they haven't won a game since beating the Mighty Pompey. it will be a decent test for us, but I don't see why we can't keep Nigel on the bench and save him for the tougher games coming up. I'd much rather see a similar line up to what we had against Burnley and see the game out before bringing Nige on to close the game out.

Whatever happens, don't get yourself booked.

play Vieira form the start, let us try and get ahead and then bring DeJong on to rest Vieira and solidfy us.

That says it all mate.......I would rather leave him out period...Barry plays a shit game whenever NDJ plays and we only have a draw to look forward to..it bores the crap out of me...Im sure we can still defend well without making excuses to have him in the side.

The pressure is piled on us when he plays as we are too defensive. we ship goals to fuck. Don't get me wrong, de jong is an ace tackler, but he makes the team shit. both defensive and offensive.

How many MOTM performances in huge games can one Player continue to win? They were two defining moments this season.

De Jong is an International and was highly thought of at Hamburg. He doesn't lack ability - but City appear to lack the tactical know how to make him work within the Team. Buggered if I know how, either.

Vieira is not the answer for a long term Holding Midfield player. I don't think De Jong is at fault for indifferent Barry form. He's been up and down all season.
