He has been fined a week's wages for leaving the ground and going to the pub after being subbed during the game on Saturday.
If you were in the pub watching City and one of our players who had been replaced during the game walked in how would you react?

If Brian Laws was City manager then I'd fully back the player being in the pub. He's one of the worst managers ever.

No mate, Burnley players can't afford that. I'd of probably done the same, especially knowing who actually subbed him and that he'd probably be there next season.

I think if I were on a team getting tonked that badly, the first place I'd head would be the pub too.

I'd probably do the same, even footballers are allowed a drink after a match, he should be punished for leaving the stadium, but at least he went somewhere dry he could watch the rest of the match?
