Oh Hello? It's the big three now

Oh Hello? It's the big three now

Postby Kladze » Sun Apr 11, 2010 12:19 pm

Richard Keys as part of his presentation for Sky's 'Super Sunday'

And I quote :

"The lead at the top has changed hands twenty times this season, and eighteen of those changes have involved the big three".

I don't quite know what to make of that but I know if I was a Liverpool fan I'd be smarting a bit.

I think he is referring to the title race from reading that, which lets be honest IS a three horse race.

Nice to see the BBC listings give our irrelevant game a little mention at the bottom of their MOTD schedule as usual.. after Wolves v Stoke ffs. Liverpool v Fulham (2nd) is imporant as ever though.

Given the fact that at present, our game is the only one with goals in it, then we may find ourslves getting a little extra air-time tonight ??

I wouldn't bet on it... They have to squeeze in the Rafa interview, and possibly one with Hodgson , and then show statistics on how pivotal Gerrard is for Liverpool, plus some brilliant moves from Torres that could perhaps have resulted in a goal or at least a goal scoring opportunity.

He didn't even play today so they will have to re-use footage from other games.

There are 3 teams away at the top of the table and we are not one of them.

What did people expect Manure, Chelsea and Arsenel to be referred to as a combination as? They are the big 3, currently.

Win our game in hand, beat the scum next week and we are five points behind them - not so big I reckon.

If they dont, do you reckon Kevin et al will get their knickers in a twist again?

Original post wasn't attempting to say anything about City's right to be included in the big four or otherwise.
It was just a comment on how Sky's obsession with their big four could so easily be dropped, possibly to make way for their new fourth favourite team- whoever that may turn out to be.
