That man will NEVER leave Barcelona. They took care of him and his family when he was going through rough times as youth during the growth problems and all.

In fact, I'd be slightly embarrased if we priced him away. Let him stay in Barcelona and enjoy seeing him there.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I wouldn't spend that much even on Lionel Richie.

Although Messi scored in this recent Clasico match,Tranny played better. And although Messi this year and last is having a wonderful season I think that overall Tranny is a better player.Everybody is going Messi mad at the moment but I think next year when Tranny gets a year of La Liga under his belt he will be back to being world player of the year, again.

That's not really news though is it?
Matter of opinions though I suppose.
I think Tranny is better than Messi.
Messi has been playing in that side for a while now with quality of the highest order around him.He fluffed a couple of 1on 1's .

Would you fancy him playing for us vs Hull or Blackburn?

He would be injured in minutes, hacked to bits and lose his confidence like Robinho. Although id still take the chance!!

Messi is a tough little guy, physically. People just dont realize this.
And he is worth 5 Ronaldos.
Ok 4 is more realistic.

Agreed however I think we probably have a shot at getting the tranny maybe in a couple of years if they still don't win the CL as there's no way they can continue with a superstar team like that and not win anything.

Nah, he wouldn't. They would not catch him, he's too fast for them.
