Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Wayne Bridge is adamant that the disappointment of the last second derby defeat will only make the Blues harder to beat in the remaining quartet of matches.
The City defender made an excellent return from injury against the Reds and is fired up for the final weeks of the season that will decide the destiny of the last Champions League place.
“Losing like we did was agonising especially as we didn’t deserve to be beaten like that,” he declared after the dust had settled on Saturday’s disappointment.
“I thought we deserved more than we got, even more than the draw that we nearly had. They have done it to us before and it has happened again. We just can’t afford to switch off like we did for the last ten seconds or so.
“We created a few chances, I had one myself late on, but I didn’t really have the energy to put my foot through it and score. It was a weak effort
“Losing was a real kick in the teeth but the prize is still there. The momentum is perhaps with Spurs but at the same time we know that fourth place is still in our hands.
"If anything, losing like we did has just
made us even more determined, that
was the mood in the dressing room
afterwards"
“We will be working even harder to make sure that we are in the top four come the end of the season.”
Good news for the Blues was that Bridge came through the game unscathed in terms of his injury.
“I got a bag on the knee but it is fine and I will be ok,” he confirmed. “I feel shattered but we will all be ready to go at Arsenal next weekend. We were down on Saturday afternoon but we are clearly not out.”
Martin Petrov’s knee injury has ruled him out for the rest of the season.

Yawn.
I really like Bridge, but please shut the fuck up and do the business on the pitch....and that goes for the rest of them.
Not one of those players knows how it feels to be a man city fanatic and have to deal with that result...not one of them.
Im still gutted and I feel fucking wank. (and Im sitting on a fucking beach in the caribbean!!)
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

it would have been alright if the title incorporated some tawdry pun e.g "Bridge determined to span troubled waters".

Wonder who's scheduled tomorrow, Given or Kompany?
Shut the fucl up City and do it on the pitch, this rah rah shit is getting tedious.

Ned.
But I agree with everyone else. They should talk about what they have done after they have done it.

I too am fed up with these 'post-game apologies'
We don't want to hear them.
Just do your talking on the pitch

It is getting a bit redundent now isn't it? Losing will make us more determined? Why surely seeing the goal within in reach is fucking enough motivation.
Tracking back is overrated.
