Ronaldinho

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Personally I'd be a bit hesitant after Robinho.. however 2 things..
1. Robinho talked the talk but will never walk the walk. He'll never be half the player Ron is!
2. Ronaldinho to be fair has worked hard and proved a lot of doubters wrong since moving to Milan.

Even at best he's been patchy in Serie A.
Would have little impact in the premier league imo

Or at very least close to it.

Besides, the Goofy One doesn't have grain of the marketing value he used to have so it wouldn't make much sense even in that perspective. As far as the on field stuff goes, I give him no chance in Premier League.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

i think you douches are wrong on several fronts. I believe he's going to have a cracker of a WC, and that he could do a job in a talented side in the Prem. He's looked classy at times with Milan...patchy others, but...inconsistency is the bane of many talented footballers, even those with world class attributes.

wobble. your. heads.

Without reading this I can guess that Ronnie's contract is due for renewal and his agent has touted our name.

Reminds me of an ABBA song!

I'm sort of in that mood. Like when we were linked with Ronaldo. You know it'd go shit, but what an amazing player to have in a city shirt. I know we're passed that sort of stuff now like.

I never thought id say this- fook him.He is stallin over a wage cut to bring him down to 100kpw, which means he will want around 120kpw to be a lazy money grabbing fook at City..

As said, this would be a terrible move and will only upset other players at the club that are on half as much but put in 10 times more effort..

You can afford one lazy arsed wanker in the team if you use them correctly against the right opposition & if they have the talent to genuinely change games. Ronaldinho has more ability in his little toe than Robinho & Ireland put together & is a genuine playnaker who can win a game against anyone but makes Robinho look like Tevez when it comes to workrate.

He can however take a set piece better than anyone we've ever had. I would have him in an instant if I didn't have a policy of never signing another lazy, big headed, lying, back stabbing twat Brazilian footballer. I do though so he can fuck off.

Nuff said.

Couldn´t do it in the Premier in a million years. He´d be alright in a romp against Burnley but when the going gets tough...........

We only wanted him as part of the ´raise the profile` campaign etc. Now we´ve got a profile he can fuck off and regret forever what might have been!
