You know it's official when it's got stars around it!

Anyway, can't believe someone hasn't already started one given the pounding that Spurs got. I like to read the Match Facts on BBC and couldn't remember the last time we beat them at theirs. This is why:

MATCH FACTS

Head-to-head

    • Arsenal are looking for their fifth consecutive home win over Manchester City although City have won both times they have met this season.

    • Manchester City have not won away at Arsenal since beating them 3-2 at Highbury in October 1975.

    • Emanuel Adebayor has scored five goals in the last four Premier League meetings between these sides - four for Arsenal and one for City.

    • City have put seven goals past Arsenal so far this season, winning 4-2 in the league and 3-0 in the Carling Cup. Shaun Wright-Phillips has scored twice against the Gunners this season.

Arsenal

    • Arsenal have won their last five home league games at the Emirates.

    • It's just over three years since Arsenal last lost three consecutive Premier League games.

    • Arsenal fell apart in the last 10 minutes at Wigan last weekend but have scored more goals in that period of the game (19) this season than any other Premier League club.

Manchester City

    • Manchester City have not lost two consecutive Premier League games all season.

    • City are unbeaten in their last five away games and have won the last two, thrashing Burnley 6-1 at Turf Moor in their most recent away match.

    • City manager Roberto Mancini scored against Arsenal for Sampdoria in their 3-2 Cup Winners' Cup semi-final second leg home win 15 years ago this month - they lost 3-2 on penalties against the Gunners after a 5-5 draw (aet).

Nice to have huge games every week. Loving it. Can City actually do it? Fucked if I know.

Arsenal have no Fabregas, no Arshavin, no Vermaelen and no Gallas. We have nothing to fear. The future's bright, the future's blue.

Amazing isn't it, tail-end of the season and we're still playing for something.

Good to see that there's been no adverse news this week from the players.

Silly decision to put Ade on the bench imho. The Arsenal fans will rip him to shreds if he comes on as a Sub.

I can't help but feel a bit dissapointed by this lineup. Ade would have been well fired up for this game.

Got to feel sorry for Ned, he's been brilliant recently!
