Once the season is over, he'll get offered a job at a mid table team and do well.
He is quite an under rated manager imo.

I love Uncle Avram, so calm and collected. He's done himself proud with his time at Pompey, how he pulled off a cup final while not even having enough players to fill the subs bench I'll never know. Surely worth an honourable mention in the manger of the year awards (though Hodgson will win it quite rightly)

I agree with this and being under Mourinhos wing for a short while surely helped him a lot.

Under the wing, wasn't he DoF? I'm sure it was the opposite way around and what actually led to Jose leaving.
However, Much credit has to go to a bloke who could've walked a long time ago. The blokes got integrity.

BlueMoonAwoken - haha - I said exactly the same to my old fella, we were watchin on SSN. Think he may have had Willy Wallace on the box the night before to get a few tips...haha! Fair play to him though, he does seem like a very genuine guy who loves his football!
