Mancini in Abu Dhabi

Hmmm

He apparently had a tour in Al Jazira club and watched some training, but I wonder what was happening behind the scenes?
The List, surely?

Marwood was there too.

But was it the A-list or B-list?.

I think they went for the A.B.B.A list, at least we'll be getting it for a song ;-)

As long as we don't end up buying the Dancing Queen from Old Trafford (for yes it is he of the black tights brigade !).
He can produce as many lists as he likes.

All very good! 'Take a chance on Bent?'

AD I think the papers said he was off to discuss money. Pretty sure he didn't go out for an end of season sauna in the club. Just hope Mansour can fit him in his busy schedule, unlike a visit to Eastlands!

Roberto....... if they ask you to go to desert with them...... SAY NO!
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I think it was a Vegas mobster reference. Not sure cause Antii is Finnish and it could be an igloo reference.

I honestly dont know, and I dont know that Vegas mobster too, but I assumed he was warning Roberto not to get rapped in the dessert so I pointed out that he'll probably get rapped in an Island anyway.

Put it this way, I'm still disappointed Sheik didn't let that cousin of his give a tour in desert to Hughes. Would've been laugh. One mile head start and then after him with sandbugs. Would've looked good on the wall those nice grey locks.

Just kidding, just kidding.

I honestly wonder what the reaction would have been had Hughes been in charge and the season played out like it did.

He was set a target of 6th so people wouldn’t have been so hyped and I think there would have been more a sense of look how far we’ve come. Expectations were raised when he got the boot.

I also have a sneaky feeling we would have had minimum a place the League Cup final to reflect on.
