In the case of that fucking bent cunt Blatter, you would surely be close to the truth there
I can heartily recommend this very topical book

Imagine having to read all of that, and one for each entrant. No wonder the decision is based on who gives them the biggest bung. Or dildo.

I had to read a 1500 page manual on dangerous goods in order to get DG handler certified, usually it's a lot of skimming and I have no doubt a lot of that book will be infrastructure and logistic figures.

The world cup should be all about developing the games in new areas and leaving a legacy. I cant see how any of that applies to the English bid. Also with Brazil hosting the world cup and then the olympics I think serious questions regarding a carve up should be asked if England get to do the same.
It should be awarded to Australia which is expierencing where football is having a surge in popularity. Say what you like about the Aussies. They know how to host a sports event and I think it would be an amazing event. But the tv people would not be to happy with the starting times so I think that will cost them in the end.
After that Russia ticks all the boxes.

Hopefully there's Platini's severed ear in there, with a note telling Blatter we will mail him other body parts one at a time until they give us a world cup.
