Just highlight the part after the =, paste it in and put the youtube tags around it.
If it is featured and has =********&/lots of crap here, just cut out the part inbetween the = and the & and same applies.

Or you could temporarily go to a thread with something embedded, click on 'quote' - copy and paste the embedding code into your new thread then edit the correct link over it.
