Good player and I will always be grateful that goal at Wembley. I had travelled from Norway to watch the game. And thought that was madness and ultimate sadness as the game developed. But things can change fast in football. It was a nice evenenig in London.

Surely the only player ever booked for 'walking aggressively'?

It was Horlock? Always remembered that as Andy Morrison. He seemed more likely to have an aggressive walk.

Great read from a great player imo but I bet he didn't really say CTID at the end of the interview :-)

Agreed, people always remember Dickov's equaliser on that day but it would've meant nothing without Kev's contribution.

Annoying! He agreed to do an interview with me a couple of years back for this site and I sent him my Wembley '99 shirt to be signed. He never did the interview and kept my shirt :-(

I must admit I sat watching the game with a little regret on leaving, but I always considered myself a good Championship player but an average Premiership player, so it was right for the club I moved on.
Fair play to him, really honesty to come out with that

Definitely Horlock sent off for 'walking aggressively'. Left everyone speechless.
Morrison was just aggressive in everything!

Fucking legend.my arse he was.

Horlock is a legend. Sorry for the comparison with a rag, but during the dark days, he was our Scholes. Cultured left foot, could pick anybody out 5 yards or 50 yards away, great freekick, a classic goalscoring midfielder and he had a bullet header on him too.
Not a legend of Bell, Summerbee, Lee ilk, but a City legend nonetheless.

Lots of holding midfielders pass the ball sideways or backwards. It's just as important to not lose possession of the ball so if there's not a safe pass to make forwards (likely with some of the crap in those City sides) then finding another Blue is the right thing to do.
Fully agree that the word Legend is knocked around too much. Goater and Dunne deserve Legend tags. Dickov and Bernabia are Cult.
