It's about the Bolivian government purchasing a plane, for their President Morales, which was being made for Scum. They had paid the first bit but couldn't come up with the rest of the payment. It is a Dassault Falcon 900 Ex Easy costing $38.7M.
"This plane which is being bought, is a plane which had been ordered by the English football club Manchester (United), they paid a certain sum and couldn't complete the rest of the payment, leaving the company with a plane already produced. It's new and carries the safety characteristics we require", said the minister of economy and public finances Luis Arce Catacora.
