Black Stars coach Milovan Rajevac had a limited time to make a final assessment on his squad after Friday's training session was delayed by two hours due to frozen pitches at their Rustenburg camp.

Penalty yes, by no question, but to double the fine for an unforced and unintended handball is much too much......

It's almost impossible to judge intent though, so if you are on the line and havent got your hands behind your back (especially when the shot is from reasonably far enough away from you) you are inviting the ref to red card you.

It´s not the refs fault, it´s the rules that FIFA has to think about.
The rules and the way they wanted their refs to handle such decisions.

Football in FIFA´s mind seems to go into the basketball direction, an official no-contact sport........

The keeper pulls off a great save and the ref gives a goal kick for it, go figure.
