I can recall when he signed and i was so excited. I was so upset when i saw him in the flesh and he looked like he was going to die of a heart attack after about 5 mins of playing....(a bit like some of the boys on the 5 a side team :-) )

We have a player who will feature for 6 of the 8 World Cup quarterfinalists (...the amusing aside being that the rags have not a single player!)

Honestly, it is quite hard to comprehend

Uruguay - No blues
Ghana - No blues

Netherlands - Nigel de Jong
Brazil - Robinho

Argentina - Carlos Tevez
Germany - Jerome Boateng

Paraguay - Roque Santa Cruz
Spain - David Silva

God how exciting was that signing? All that money on a CB who must surely be class.

Unfortunately he was slower than my Grandma and watching him bring a ball out of defence, without any pressure, and cooly pass it right out of Loftus Road over the stand was enough to make anyone weep!
