I think the canopies etc will be permanent structures, at least for a few years but I think it'll be a piece of piss to build it all once the groundwork's done.

Even between the shop and stadium there is stuff going on, there was no obvious buildings (canopies) springing up, having said that Joe Mercer way was totally inaccessible for anyone but workers so there could have been more going on up that way, but there was a lot of work being carried out and a guy in the store said it would all be ready for the start of the season, well the City Street part of it anyway.
