The bookies have us at 3rd favourites so we must be in with a shout!

The defence will still be dodgy so it's a no for me.

I think we have the ability to do so and the squad depth for the long season ahead. I also reckon if we sign this Kloverov (or whatever he's called) to challenge Bridge for the left back spot and maybe just maybe one more prolific signing (I have a feeling), then yes we can push on and it's possible we could do it.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

At least our players are beginning to think like that even if the dwarf porn(and some of our fans) thinks otherwise.Personally I hope Pablo is dreaming of the quad but as he says its probably best to keep quiet about these things.

If we could get a central defensive partnership anywhere near as good as they were we would walk it!

Can win it and will win it are two different things. Yes we can win it, but our main competitors have settled teams, and with perhaps 6 or 7 new players in our starting line up we have to hope the teams gels straight away.

Zabba is correct about the club and the players not going on about it. They have to have the title as their internal aim, but they need too keep that power close to their chests and keep stum.

We have to be in with a shout of the title, but lack of time together is our disadvantage.

Bottom line is we must win almost every game. 4 to 6 defeats and 4-6 draws is about the maximum number of slip-ups
and still be in with a shout. That is the benchmark so we can see as the season goes along if we are anywhere near that.

There is some justification that as a team we will continue to improve, we were doing last season and time will be needed for the new lads to come up to speed. So i wouldn't be surprised if we get stronger as the season goes on.

Nobody knows who is going to win the title, the bookies would be poor if that was the case.
But with this squad we have now we have a good a chance as anybody.
It is something we should be aiming for and regarding anything else as a failure.
Some seem to be saying that 4th is realistically all we can aim for.I disagree the title is what we should be aiming for.

Typical BS headline. Nowhere in that article does Zabs actually say that.

we have a chance aslong as zab has limited starts/late sub cameos. hes an average player who makes me panic defending on edge of his own area. I believe hes only with us to keep carlos sweet-which is fine with me

Its a yes for me, if we get Balotelli, Kolarov and Milner in i think we should be well in with a shout of winning the league with a squad that we will have.

Spelling and grammer arn't my strong points as I think youv'e noticed before. There was a thread about this quoting a Mr.Sullivan (I think)who from what I can gather is a porn baron and that is what I was trying to say in my post. That he is a porn baron. He thinks its to early for us whereas its not to my thinking.
The quad for my money is something I can dream of and as although we haven't even started in these comps yet we are still in them so its a possibility for me.
Those sort of things just about happen once in a lifetime and its never happened in my lifetime so you never know.

meant to post the same. The season hasn't started yet so we most certainly CAN win it but I don't think it's very likely. I'd be extremely happy with top four spot and cup final.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I was happy about the last season! We reached the target I was hoping us to reach. 5th with a good push for top four and good cup run.
