If we sign Milner, I'd probably go with Tevez as the frontman and Milner in a midfield three with the rest unchanged, and if we sign Balotelli, I'd have him on the bench to start with and maybe bring him on for half an hour.

Do you believe Milner is fit? O'Neill hasn't been using him in preseason games, and I believe he just started training last week. I'd probably give him his debut in Romania.
