Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

A brief report today as I am in a rush.
Ireland was first out ....but with the reserves and Bellers joined him there later. Of the rest everyone was out except Boateng ( knee injury but not a bad one) Bridge ( still the toe injury or something like that). Mancini had done the press conference and followed that with a team meeting before getting them all out and onto the pitch behind the fencing.Shay and Joe working well together and getting on just fine.
It was the usual stuff , all in positions working their way around the field in formations. Thatw as a short session before one group left leaving Mancini to work on defensive duties. The rest just got into a keep ball circle and after 5 minutes or so Mancini came across with the rest who also did the circle work.Right at the start of this Nigel went in quite fiercely on Jo who basically jumped for safety. Zaba thought it was great fun and shouted Nigel is back.
After this for 10 minutes they just did some ball play in pairs to keep loose before going into a game of pass and move with 5 a side nets to score in. Plenty of goals scored but the most notable thing was a glaring miss from Yaya which left his teammates laughing and Yaya on the floor laughing as well.It was from about 2 yards with nobody in front of him. To balance that Kolarov scored a nice one through Zaba's legs ( he did miss plenty though before everyone gets excited!)
All in all not too taxing before they got the train to London in a few hours.

Thanks Doug, was going to ask about Boateng's injury but good to hear you say it's not serious. Do you think he's got a chance of playing tomorrow?

Possible but they aren't 100% sure .Got a knick on his knee and it has got infected.
Oh and no Robinho on view as I understand Mancini said he is exhausted.

The one wearing pink dress in the middle = Robinho.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Did Boateng pick up the injury during the pointless, meaningless International?
Heard Kolarov is injured as well, I suppose since he was training that is bullshit?

Well I bleeding hope so, as that would leave us a bit short at left back with Bridge out.

Even though they're getting kicked out of the club I think it's still harsh making Ireland and Bellamy train with the reserves.

Yes I am sure it was away with Germany.
Kolarov was only doing running on Thursday but was back with the rest today and looking ok.
