I don't like to criticise our players, especially off the back of a couple of games and the fact its early in the season but he was a bit of a liability again tonight. I know Micah was terrible against Spurs but I never feel as nervous that he's going to give a penalty away when a winger gets past him like I do when Zabs is playing.

Looking forward to Boateng getting fit and coming back into the team.

Have never really warmed to Zab as some people seem to have.

He's not a bad player by any means but I can't stand defensive players who give away stupid free kicks in and around the box and who you have to constantly worry if they are gonna get sent off. Didn't like Sun or Tiatto for the same reasons, liabilities the lot of them.

Having said that, he can play anywhere across midfield or defence and he never kicks up any fuss if he's not in the team so is handy to have on the bench/in the squad to call upon when needed.

He is great as a utility player & you know he'll give everything whatever you ask him to do.
