18th September, not long then, hopefully long enough for Martinez to still be there.

Seriously 10 goals against in 2 games, that stinks of a team not playing for the manager or each other.

We will be lucky to get a draw typical city :)

There's a fixtures link for that type of thing ; )

They conceded more than any other team last season and seemed a bit tactically immature at times. This season it just seems to have doubled. Martinez might find himself out of a job before January, which is a shame as he seems like a nice guy

Shouldn't this be in the official premier league games thread?

Not if it merits a thread of its own no.

10 goals in 2 matches, attendance today of 14k, thats just WANK.

Half of em have probably gone back to watchin the rugby team. They're having a decent season.

I've contact the relevant authorities and, as this topic is about the team as a whole and not just today's match, it stays.

You have three days to launch an appeal.

All the shit we get for ruining football & there's a Prem Lg team nobody looks forward to playing, not because they're good or difficult or even because they're shite, just because they're completely, utterly fucking meaningless. Their own fans aren't even particularly arsed about them. It's just a team built on one bloke's money purely so he can watch football in his own town. The way it's going there'll just be him & the away fans in the ground, as most of the locals don't give a shit.

Most of them are away fans who can only get tickets in the home end, or Man U fans who still unbelievably cant get tickets.

This was always going to be the case - R.L. town end of - they belong in League 1 - next they´ll be telling us that "soccer" is a 2nd rate sport anyway

to be fair to wigan they can consider themselves unlucky to be 1-0 down in the first half as they were the better team, Chelsea were crap. However, class tells and chelsea ran riot in the second half.

They may consider themselves unlucky to be down at half time, but from what I have just seen, their defence is non existant, their midfield is a shambles, and they look like they are finally going back to the divisions that they belong in.

Chelsea were sensational in attack, but can the same be said for Blackpool?

Of course we will lose against them home and away

Its a shame because martinez tries to get them playing good attractive football but he doesn't have the players at his disposal to do it! Bit like mowbray at west brom two seasons ago
