Are people warming to him? Lot of unease over him when he first came in, but he recruited Johnson and seems better liked now.

Well he has had a lot of unfair criticism on here - and other forums - probably because he operates a bit behind the scenes - it was oft repeated "... a rare interview...." - so people have just lept to conclusions - made assumptions - blamed him for anything that is being rumoured in the press etc - perhaps they will stop doing that after this interview puts some reality into the previously shadowy person

That interview showed a very professional guy and I hope that fans recognise that a top club need a strong executive team just as much as they need a top manager - Cook and Marwood are as important as Mancini (IMO) - and the work they do is at the strategic level - that will grow revenues make the club sustainable etc
