Good luck Robson.
His signing was one of the biggest statements of intent ever made by the club and he did score 14 league goals in his first season. That game where we destroyed Arsenal at home and he dinked the keeper will be a memory that will always make me smile.
It didn't work out long term for whatever reason but I have absolutely no regrets about signing him.

That was his high point. He injured his ankle going for his hat trick and then more things started going badly.

It's on the OS as well - 12.5m is being bandied about.
too bad it didn't work out in the end, but the signing did what it was supposed to from a statement perspective, so i'd do it again if given the opportunity.

Thank fuck for that and well done to all those concerned with the deal. SSN reporting that we wouldn't allow the loan deal and got 22 mil including add-ons. They are actually saying it's a shrewd deal where we'll make a profit in the long-run.

Cheers Robbie, its been ......Unreal.
I will never forget when he scored against Chelsea in his first game, and superb chip against Arsenal, but since then its been all down hill.

We threw some random darts on that day and thought one of them had hit the bullseye. Unfortunately it had actually landed in single one.
Fuck off Robinho! No good wishes from me, AC Milan and him seems the perfect match.

I want to go on record as saying i find that attitude shitty. He wasn't the worst player to pull on a sky blue shirt and he might not have seemed arsed but it was his style and not his work ethic that ultimately doomed him. He knew he couldn't hack it in this league which is why he's been running from it for over a year. Ill enjoy the couple moments of bliss where he made me really really proud of the team and his skill.
Quite the opposite of Elano IMHO if we are going to compare allegedly lasy Brasilians.
Cheers

It's just the way I see it doomy, which is just as valid as the way you see it.
And Elano was a grafter compared to Robinho.

Bit funny, seem's that Cooky's got his own back by making them pay for a ticking time-bomb.

i'm really glad that it seems like he's been sold, not lent out.
I won't miss him one bit. I think he treated us like shit by sulking his way to Santos and talking shit about us.
I can see him being useful for Milan. I can also see him failing and sulking because he's behind Ibra and Pato in the pecking order. Only time will tell.

I agree, I loved Elano despite his attitude at times. If there was a straight choice in having one of them back, I'd take Elano without a doubt.
