Non League Day - Support Your Local Team

Postby King Kev » Fri Sep 03, 2010 8:19 am

With there being no league games in England and the International game being played tonight there is a movement to encourage people to go and watch their local team tomorrow.

I reckon it's a great idea, will anybody be doing it?

Could be wrong, but I am sure Maine Road are playing Ramsbottom at home

Linlithgow Rose are my local side. As far as junior sides go, they're probably the most successful.

I won't be going to see them tomorrow. I go occasionally but it is fucking brutal viewing and I normally end up in the social club on the sauce after 20 mins.

I've just got home from watching my old Saturday team, Mount, play in the Huddersfield & District league if that counts?
