Just tried to order

A ticket online for Blackburn and the OS says my card details are not right but i have my card in front of me.Our OS is fucked up big style my card buys me and mine our food each week but it cant buy a ticket at city when there are ample funds to complete the purchase.Might need a spare at this rate if anyone has one.

Check the inputs again mate, sometimes you do put something wrong.

Did this too me when i pre ordered the home kits. Had to ring up and the same card went through over the phone. Online is fucked.

our whole online buying system is a joke if its not tickets its merchandise, surely with all our money it can easily be fixed

Happened to me when buying something from the shop online abou 2 weeks ago. I tried putting my card details in 4 times and it didnt let me do it. I then got charged 4 times for what i was buying but to be fair they did instantly get the problem sorted once i called them.

I gave up with the OS ages ago. I'm fortunate to live near enough to the ground to nip down and buy anything i need. It must be fustrating as hell for anyone who lives too far away.

we tried getting foos having arrived 5 minutes late for the dippers game; we had no cash as we had no time to get to a machine. and you can't buy food with a card...it's 2000 and fucking 10 city!

Went down to COMS yesterday and got my ticket used the same card and no probs at all.I think someone at City needs to take a serious look into our online ordering problems coz if had'nt been able to go to the ground to get my ticket i would have had to miss the game.SORT IT OUT CITY.
