He's not usually someone who has injury problems but 6 weeks out is a bit of a kick in the nuts.
Still we've got TONS of quality up front so doesn't worry me too much. I'd rather have him back at 100% fitness and on his game rather than back and off form and sulky because he's injured.

Any news on Tevez?
The thought of being left with Santa Cruz and Ady is a bit of a sickener. Oh yeah and Jo....nearly forgot him;)

I was also looking forward to seeing him on Saturday.
We'll we just have to wait a little bit longer.
Hopefully Ade will now step up his game and make the wait for Balotelli a lot easier.

Striker Mario Balotelli is to undergo surgery on his injured knee that COULD rule him out for UP TO six weeks
Unfortunate....but lets just settle down...I mean, it's not like Fabio can add him to the City Squad

He's not going to come straight back after surgery. 6 weeks is probably not a bad bet.

Whilst having Boateng, Kolorav and Balotelli out for so long already is disappointing for supporters wanting to see them in action I think it has a silver lining. The pressure is off them already now and they can be eased into the starting 11 if they prove they are good enough to take a shirt off a current player.
Also they can solely concentrate on moving in, knowing the area and getting a house. Getting their private life sorted out without the pressure of having to play football is beneficial.
