Obviously i'm not english, but I think a good direction would be to go for an english coach ... you've had foreign coaches for quite a stretch now. As much as I hate him personally, I think twitchy could do a good job. I also think someone like O'Neill could be in the picture and possibly Moyes?

I'd picture twitchy as the front-runner of those three though, probably best suited to it as well.

I'd like to reiterate that I hate him, just so that's clear.

O Neill is Irish so your point of an English coach and mentioning him doesnt add up!

Didn't say either of them were english (to be fair I didn't know about moyes) Anyway ... point was I think you'd do well to have an english coach and that's why twitcher will get it for me ...

I also think someone like O'Neill could be in the picture and possibly Moyes?

though they aren't english, I believe they would be in the picture. Both highly rated (by some) and both with long history in the england. I think there is going to be a backlash against 'continentals' and their style, although obviously it's superior. That's why my money is on Twitchy ... his style of play is english, without resorting to long ball all the time. I feel anyway.

I'll say again, I hate him though. Wouldn't make a difference to me if he managed england, in fact it would add to the fun of cheering against england v. the US or most other nations really

They should have called paul in to pick the players for the WC ... I think you would have ended up with a better squad

Maybe by 2012 Fabio will have figured out that AJ is a better option than Walcott. On second thought, probably not,

Although I hate him, Louis van Gaal is the best choice I can think of. Won't hesitate to fuck off primadonna's and wherever he has been, has always played football the way it should be. And won.

It's gonna be Redknapp no doubt about that and the twitching twat will win something aswell. International management is so different to club management, you only get a week every 3 months to inplement your ideas and work with the squad. You only have to look at the countries that have won the world cup and the euro's. The majoirty of them either had no managerial background prior to taking the job or did nothing after it.

Now Redknapp might not be the greatest manager in the world but he is probably one of the greatest motivators and one of the greatest managers to get the best out of players and that is all England need.
