Our official website might win awards and be deemed to be futuristic and fantastic and all that crap, but the online ticket system is a pile of shite. It is down more than up and the set out is pathetic, you cant even get to see if tickets are available.
An absolute pile of shite.
Rant over

It is a disgrace and an embarrassment to the club. There is always a discrepancy between which seats are shown to be available on the web compared to if you ring up and ask. The old SeatXchange system used to work like clockwork as well and they got rid of that.

The situation has been addressed and the whole show seems to be completely down again, sorry, YET again. For an unknown period I guess. State of the art stuff eh! Surely affects attendances in games like Toon.

The fact that it's an extra £5 per ticket if someone books over the phone & the fact that the online system keeps mysteriously disappearing, is starting to make me feel a little uneasy.

Yep.
And it's like I said last time, there's absolutely no communication "We're very sorry etc, doing everything we can etc...". They just pretend it's never even been there.
May be some truth in your assertion if they can smell a sell-out approaching?

I was under the impression that the ticket office was operated by an outside company? If that's the case, then they must have to be at least connected with the online ticketing system & furnishing it with info regarding sales. If they make £5 per ticket every time it goes down...
