Bianconeri veteran Alessandro Del Piero believes the 4-2 win over Cagliari is good preparation for these high-profile clashes. "Winning [against Cagliari] was very important to give a signal we are ready after the defeat to Palermo, especially since we are involved in a very busy week," he said on his official website.
"They are two difficult matches, both away from home: it starts Thursday against Manchester City then we arrive at San Siro on Sunday to face Inter. I'm already thinking about these two challenges."
