David Silva claims Roberto Mancini was wrong to tip Chelsea for the title - insisting Manchester City can win the championship this season.City beat the champions 1-0 last weekend despite Mancini claiming before the match that the title was heading back to Stamford Bridge.But Silva, who moved to Eastlands from Valencia for £25million in the summer, is adamant his side have proved they have what it takes to challenge for the big prize - whatever his manager may say.

Plymouth Argyle captain Carl Fletcher has been told by a judge he is not famous enough to exempt himself from jury duty.
