I thought they were OK today, even that twat from the Mirror was unusually restrained. They didn't criticise us for the made-up Bale story, just talked about him really. And there was lots of talk about us being top after the Xmas fixtures, looking at everyone's fixture list. Just one quick 'Hughes was only given 3 months' before Woolyhead interrupted and said 'you said you weren't going to say that'!!

Good old injunctions.

I worry if they aren't nasty to us.

Sweep & Jolo's take on their team mates from Soccer Saturday then it's the Poison Dwarf's turn in the Sky Suppository Panto this week - even Sheephead looks a bit bored with the old old lines.

I bet your Mrs was well chuffed mate, but back on topic. Well done mate, and only goes to show that we care about you and were worried about your welfare - hope it isn't proper man flu, I'm amazed you can even move your lips to ask the Mrs to order the takeaway!?!

Now don't be late next time, you girl ;-)

Agree entirely - what a cock that Holt is. I may give him his own thread.

Sam Wallace now on our fans list with Henry Winter.

Without Holt's pathetic attempts to poor scorn on the Hughes sacking, that is a very good piece and it was good to see Max and Paddy, sorry, Sam and Paddy actually talking about the club without any agenda.

Cheers JC, missed it yesterday morning so your efforts, especially considering you have the 'Death to Man Bug', are much appreciated.

So 14 minutes and 50 seconds talking about city and it took them 13 minutes to even mention anything to do with an actual football game.

Sam wallace wont be getting invited back on after that display, defended everything that twat oliver spat his way.

Fucking players should just be able to up and leave whenever they want. Someone get this man a job at fifa he'd fit in perfectly the floppy haired nonse.

He'll never be on there again.

That cunt Holt is some piece of work - he never fucking shut up about sacking Hughes. I take it it all stems from him being assured Hughes' job was safe and then he was sacked... boo fucking hoo, he carries on like we deserve every bit of shit that comes our way purely because we sacked a manager.

As most of you know I wanted Hughes to stay for the rest of the season at least, but nothing he has done since tells me we made a big mistake letting him go and that alone needs to be pointed out to this silly fucker.

A lot of journos were wined & dined & promised the same things as Holt. Most of them, including Henry Winter & Patric Barclay have given us a real kicking for 6 months & moved on. Holt seems to be psychologically scarred. Probably because he was on the verge of joining the City bandwaggon & now feels disloyal to his red friends.

He said Garry Cook thought Rosler played for U****d.
He said no other football club in the entire history of the world had ever sacked a failing manager except City.
He said because we had Carlos & Kia were completely justified in trying to wreck our League & Double Cup winning season.
He said that during Hughes' tenure (while we were wasting eighteen precious months) everybody supported us but now everybody hates us because he was so foully sacrificed in the interests of improvement.
