I don't think that Toure was most improved last season. Surely it was Hart?

Kolo Toure is merely getting back to his natural level after few seasons of underachievement.

Kompany for me, i wasnt a massive fan at the start but hes starting to live up to is reputation now...

Whilst not the most improved, Mad Zab does not make me as nervous as he used to. His passing, timing of a tackle and general all round play have come on leaps and bounds.

I agree mate. Another of the little incremental things that make people warm to Mancini. The starkest contrast has to be Kolo though - I think the arrival of his brother has really made him step up, whether consciously or not.

The fact that we can name more than a handful of players who have made big improvements makes me really happy. I'm glad to see AJ worked on his stamina towards the end of last season and is scoring for fun just at the moment, delighted Nige is looking to improve his shooting (and has already improved his passing), very glad Kolo is showing the consistency this season that his occasional displays last season hinted at - I could go on about Barry, Zabs, Micah (though there are still occasional lapses), Hart (more a case of sustaining last season's improvements really), Jo (who I have a soft spot for really, and has earned his first team inclusion) and very probably several more that slip my mind at the time of typing. Exciting times and I can't wait for our next match.
