Again hes done well there, came across in a way that makes you think he really is starting to buckle down and put some graft in.

It was interesting that Marwood mentioned how much influence Vieira was having on him.

Saw Milner on football focus yesterday saying he'd made a decision to be tee-total at 16 in the hope it would give him an advantage. Hopefully those sorts of professionals will help some of tge more wayward youngsters. The facts are there for them all - put the effort in and you can earn £100k+ a week. Don't and you'll fall to lower leagues on a 50th of that

to be fair i think he's been buckled down a fair old while now. his first season under hughes was dreadful but i've always felt he's been on the up since then. i like it when he starts these days.

Love the fact that he calls out Ireland for his hypocrisy about the bling with the youngsters. i know the fans see it, but i'm glad the other players see that it's a load of bollocks.
