IMO it's a blip, all teams have them through out a season. If you look at Everton they started poorly and are now picking up. Im sure we will right this situation starting at WBA on Saturday. I don't buy into all this "he's lost the team" rubbish. Would much rather our blip be now than in the run in come April.

I think Mancini made two selection mistakes tonight. Hart should have played, and someone other than Vieira. I think if Hart was playing he could have stopped the shot for the first goal, and probably had a go at punching the cross in for the second. I doubt many goalkeepers would have stopped the third.

We lacked legs in Midfield tonight and looked ponderous in the distribution of the ball.

The only other criticism I have is bringing Silva on. Yes we obviously have an eye on Sunday, and Silva will now surely start. However lets get the game won early rather than trying to right the ship with three changes in the second half.

We'll come good. It may take a game or two but lets stop the negativity

Might have just been the angle, but given looked about 3" short of it. Not saying Hart would have got there, but his size would have given him a better chance.

I'm still positive. 3 defeats in a row is horrible considering what we now expect. But, we finally now have an almost fully fit first choice XI for pretty much the first time all season and I'm hopeful of a result at West Brom.

I know injuries shouldn't be an excuse but I don't think we have that much squad depth as yet, most obviously in defence. As far as I can work out, the only game lost this season with Toure K, Kompany and de Jong all playing was at Sunderland, where we lost to a penalty. Games are coming thick and fast and we don't really have the quality in depth to cope with it at the moment.

If those 3 and Silva start against West Brom I expect us to win.

Boyata note: tough for a youngster to be starting big games and inexperience / nervousness has shown a bit. He'll come through it but hopefully through a more gradual gaining of experience for now.
