Anyone else starting to think that there is more to come from the Rooney story? He's now being sent to Nike Towers in the US of A for "conditioning work". There is no reason why he cannot do that at Carrington.

It's not fully adding up to me; but then again I love a good conspiracy theory :-)

Definitely more than meets the eye. The way it all panned out was strange as the way it seemingly came to a cosy conclusion, there's more to come with this.

1. Are they getting him fit before selling him in Jan?

2. Is there a new story emerging regarding his love-life and a new hankering for Animal Farm movies?

3. Does the swallied one not want him anywhere near the club until after he's croaked it?

4. Has he found out his Mrs has really been having an affair with Ade now the baby's had a bath?

I don't think Bacon Face is goingto let anyone become bigger than the club.

Remember when SWP was at the top of his game and signed a new contract at city - initially allaying fears that he was going to leave, but actually all it did was guarantee a big fee when he did go.

Bacon was protecting the club, I suspect however long Shrek is there for Bacon will make things pretty uncomfortable for him following his antics.
