Anyone watched the pantomime they just had on Soccer (I think it’s called football in England) Saturday? Basically they had Noel Gallagher having an interview before hand, talking mostly shite about how we need a player like Kalou etc, however he did have a nice dig at Merson – “You’re only mad because you’re not earning 200k a week!” and then proceeded to do an impression of the crack head. When it went back to the studio Merson was giving it large as usual, “They’ve bought 28 wingers….their midfield is packed with holders….they’ve just bought any player available. Look at Harry and what he’s done….” *SNIFF*
Tommo was sticking up for us quite a bit saying we need time to gel and basically just telling Merson he was talking bollocks.

Sterling tried to make a point that maybe the fact players are ‘fighting’ is because Yaya earns 190k more than Johnson. No one pointed out that Toure was winning the Champions League last year and Johnson was playing in the Championship but hey-ho.

Any who thinks certain parts of the media do not have a vendetta against us and we’re a being paranoid need to take a proper look around.

Noel was quite funny with his impressions and then saying Sterling knows nothing about football because he had City down to get relegated the season Sven took over, but quickly changed his tune when we were top of the league after a few games.
The way Merson spat his venom though, you've got to wonder why he is being employed by Sky when he clearly doesn't have a clue (possibly down to damaged brain cells??)

or you could just not watch it. Sky need viewers to get advertising revenue. If you watch merson just to see what he says, they keep employing him. Turn it off and he'll go away.

Unfortunately mate I’m in work mate so have to watch/listen to what the boss puts on in the background.

I think Gallagher had a good point, we need players who are good but happy to be squad players so theirs no moaning. For example you never hear Park or Fletcher moan at the Rags, they just come in, do a good job and leave again. They accept they are good players but not superstars and their are players ahead of them in the order. They don't question their place and it keeps the peace. We could do with that. Same with Kalou, Benayoun etc.. at Chelsea.

Was funny seeing him doing the Merson impersonation, and criticising Stelling.
