The result?....I will. We go into Saturday still in touch, and at worst will still be in fourth.

Reasonably happy with a point, just the way we played pissed me off.

I have just posted in another thread that if we had tried to win the game and failed, I would have accepted that.
Tonight we sat and allowed them to dictate the flow and pace of the game. We failed to try and win by gaining control of the game.
Therefore I am disappointed.

I'm more than happy with a point to be honest.

Disappointed, but not a bad result against a quality team who had everything to lose, and who put as many men behind the ball as they possibly could.

Just got back. The worst derby I've had the misfortune to witness in person. Hideous from both sides. Mancini proving he fears United and other top teams by failing to play.
As a football match you could argue it was technical but for entertainment value I want my money back. Only 1 bad tackle in a derby - almost unheard of. Feeling gutted that with £300million we decided to play like Stuart Pearce did when he had £6million to spend. :-(
Yaya Toure = a pile of shite for £200,000 a week. Mancini blaming not having Mario Balotelli in the aftermatch interview. Stop playing Yaya in an advanced position and play Adebayor would have helped.

I'd said this afternoon I'd take a point to avoid the grief and being 6 points behind, so in the cold light of day, yes I'd take it.
The performance however left a lot to be desired and what little credit there was from a diabolical game would have to go to the rags.

I think we should be happy with it. Five days ago, the media were forcing the manager out. It gives him the team and club additional time to pull things together. Three points against Brum will do very nice

I'm sorry..I'm not fucking accepting it tonight..maybe in the cold light of a hangover tomorrow..but I'm bitterly disappointed that we didn't go for the jugular and it feels like a loss to me

Im happy with the point..Both teams played defensive and cancelled eachother out..Our pride is intact and we have a valuable point.
Considering we have just lost 3 games on the bounce. Im well pleased a win against WBA, who havnt lost a home game in 11months and a draw against a rag team that aint lost since April.

I honestly believe Mancini is trying to kill my resolve and trample all over my spirit.
I feel tired now.
