Stupid fucking international friendlies.
Dominic Fifield and Henry Winter reporting that Hart has done his back at England training and has left the session. Big doubt for the game now.

It's about time these pointless games were scrapped. It's bad enough having players getting injured in qualifiers but to lose one of your main players to an injury picked up in a nothing game is unacceptable.

All I can see Winter saying is
Joe Hart down, getting treatment
What does Dominic say?

Fifield -
Now Joe Hart's done his back. Dropping like flies...
Guardian Sport -
Phil Jagielka, Joe Hart and Jack Wilshere all doubts for #England game v #France ...

To be fair maybe this will signal a more attack-minded approach from Mancini. Hart, if we're all honest, is a pretty negative and defensive player and offers little going forward.
cheers

Cappello says it's not too bad but it's no big deal for us is it with Given waiting?

I'm not too sure about that mate. Given conceded more goals in his last game for us than Hart has done in his last 4!

Agreed but it's all about the protection from the rest of the team rather than the quality of Joe from what I have seen.Stick a barrier of 7 in front and I might not concede many either.

Indeed. City need to think again if they're thinking of letting him go in January.

The beauty of Mancini's system is that we do not need a goalkeeper.

Still, having Seamus ready to step in softens the blow.

Oh, didn't Given have that same 7 man barrier?

Bit of a joke isn't it, injured on International duty - for what?
