Hard choice but Zabba for his defense and attacking nature today.
Mancini gets a huge pat on his back for allowing our players to get into their box time and time again.

Tricky today as so many good performances. But the one standout was Silva. Ran the game.

2 goals and an assist, there can be only one.
They were all immense though, credit goes to a team performance tonight, well chuffed.

Zabs for me too, consistency from him and I don't care who Bobby buys, they won't get in ahead of this lad.
Thanks Lee.

It was a very good team effort, proof by 7 different players with votes(and one ex-manager). So a spraying of votes is to be expected.

Zabaleta, all day, chuffed for him for his goal, was a great finish, good for him to do it in front of Maradona, too. Fantastic team performance and its good we have a week before our next game too.

Has to be Tevez for me. We're a COMPLETELY different proposition with him in the side.

I couldn't really pick a top player today. Tevez, Zabba, Yaya and Silver all in with shouts for me. Kompany and De Jong doing their usual for the cause, never to disappoint.
I've given my vote to Lesley Hughes for not playing for a 0-0 and letting a top quality City side bugger them silly. A lesson to be learned?

de Jong was immense today. He's getting really good when in possession as well, and is always able to play himself and the team out of trouble. Add to that his ability to break up play, and you hot a superstar.
