The only time I had a problem with Virgin was a loose wire in their box out in the street. But that was years ago. Otherwise I think they are brilliant. Especially the broadband.

Are you on their internet at the moment but no TV? Try resetting the box (Im sure you've done that)

Haha mate brains and I'd be dangerous. Didn't even think to switch it off at the mains. Just done that and its working fine.
