Hart - 5 Not sure he was asked to make a single save today, yet still managed to almost gift them with a goal twice, poor performance.
Zabaletta - 8 Immense forward and back, Boateng and Richards must be considered his backup now.
Lescott - 7 Good clearances with that massive head, not sure anyone in the team is as strong in the air, dealt with Elmander well.
Kompany - 10 Show me where Kompany deserves less...fucking 9, you muppet. Absolutely Flawless.
Kolarov - 6 Good work getting forward, still needs work at the back and his corners are abysmal.
De Jong - 7 Excellent coverage and ball winning again.
Barry - 8 Seemed to be more de Jong than Yaya today but his overlapping runs and intelligence is just superb.
YaYa - 9 Could have been MotM, his direct running with the ball and interplay with the attack is brilliant at times.
Silva - 9 Genius, nuff said.
Tevez - 7 Got the goal(+1) but could have had so many more, very wasteful.
Balotelli - 7 He clears, he even goes and wins the ball, still falls over like he was made of Jenga bricks, but workrate is there.

Mancini - 8 Can't really fault his selection, team should have won by more but they were set out to give those opportunities.

Alan -11 Too fucking right.

Did you notice that Yaya and Tevez's movement was on the same part of the pitch Alan occupied, who can deny his influence.

Really can't believe some of the marks given out on here. I thought Alan had a very quiet game tbh

I noticed that neither Yaya nor Tevez ever passed the ball to Alan - such is the nature of envy eh ?

Never done this before believe it or not, so this is my debut:

Hart - 6 almost gave away a cheap goal

Zabaleta - 8 top performance. made 2 great clearances

Kolorov - 7 good going forward. needs to work more on his defending

Toure - 6 did well until he went off

Lescott - 7 good to see him back at his best.

Kompany - 10 MOTM without a doubt. His run at goal and pass to Kolarov was world class

De Jong - 7 His usual competent performance

Barry - 7 better than usual

Yaya - 9 top performace. give us another dimsension when he's playing

Balotelli - 7 good match. unlucky not to score. Was calm enough not to get a card. well done

Tevez - 7 good performance. was a bit wasteful but won us the match

Silva - 9 Top performance. Ran the show with Yaya. unlucky not to score also

Richards - not long on to rate
Milner same as Micah

Mancini 9 got it right with the line-up and attacking play.

Alan 2 was a bit annynomous for me !

I had to miss the bloody game today!!!

How was Yaya today? He seems to be getting good reviews.

He's been shit virtually the whole season, but has picked up in the last couple of games. Was he good today???

as per the ratings above, yes he was that good.

Hart - 4.5 - Thought he was really awful today. His throws and field kicking were poor two huge errors when coming for the ball almost cost us. Hope its just a blip as he has been class all season.

Zabaleta - 8.5 - Mad Zabba has been tremendous and now it is clear the right back slot is his. Even won his fair share of headers.

Kompany - 10 - Best centre back in the league. Period.

Kolo - 7.5 - Was great as per usual up until his exit. I hope its not a long team one.

Kolarov - 5.5 - Thought he was poor today. Think he has been great so far but was off with mostly everything today which coincided with him being wrongly sent.

De Jong - 8 - Just gotta love nige. Had a great battle with Muamba all game and in my book came out on top.

Barry - 8 - Is it me or is Gaz Baz one of the most frustrating players to watch. Thought he was tops today but sometimes you wonder where he is then he pops up winning balls and starting attacks.

Yaya - 9.5 - Immense. Gigantic. Best game so far? Yes. Started countless moves with his freight train like runs, if he can keep this up the sky is the limit for us.

Silva - 9 - Follow the Silva brick road. Just a wizard on the ball. Should of scored and was unlucky with a thunderous effort which had the beating of Jussi.

Tevez - 7.5 - Scored. Other than that had an off day in front of goal. But one goal was all we needed so it didnt matter. Was his usual self, buzzing about all over the pitch.

Balotelli - 8 - Should have scored but hit the post. Some insane skills on the ball (double back heel in our half comes to mind!). Top work rate, 10/10 for his flops. Jesus he is something else good and bad! Loved his gloves!

Subs

Lescott - 7.5 - Came on around the 30 minute mark for Shaft. A bit shaky at times but won every header and had elmander in his pocket. If Kolo is out for awhile we dont lose much do we.

Richards and Milner not enough time to judge.

Mancini - 9 - Got it perfect.

Alan - 3 - Thought he was poor always offside which led the linesman to flagging almost everytime a ball went through.

very very difficult call here, tonight...:-)

I'd go with either YaYa or GazBaz, cause they bossed the game immensely.
Just half a point less David because of not scoring one cracker:when You have that Genius You have to be decisive always...
I see so many awarding Vinnie at the top: I love the Big Man, who is having a cracking season, but today he just had a few bad controls and pass...so that it's just a bit less than his usual perfection, imo.
Good to see Mario tracking back: a better man management than Mourinho's... it appears.

Andre foockin Mariner = zero: surgical.
