Vladimir Weiss' goal from Saturday against Motherwell. While he has been on loan with Rangers, he has given the team a different dimension as he is the only natural winger in the squad. He has been a bit problematic with his decision making, but he is starting to play more and more as the season goes by.

FYI, Weiss has also been hilarious on Twitter.
A short while ago, when Rangers game with Dundee United was postponed and Celtic were unable to makeup the gap, losing to Hearts, he posted:
"On the way back now, didn't even have to play a game to stay at the top of the league:)"

I think it would be best to try and get him loaned to a decent prem team at the end of the season and then see how he is progressing by next jan.
He could be amazing or atleast good enough to be a squad player (rather him than shauny).
