i'd assume that someone left a football top in Kinda's couch cushions over the NYE festivities and he wants to commemorate the event by putting said top in a frame.

OR

he's performed some horrific crime he wants to pin on a football shirt to throw off any suspicion upon himself. A tactic he prollee learned from episodes of Wise Guy or Magnum PI.

i had my signed shirt done on ashton new rd droylsden at a place called the memorabilia shop and fantastic job they did too at a reasonable price

They do it in the memorabilia shop in trefford centre if its still there.
